Suzanne Letso, MA, BCBA Mrs. Letso is the co-founder and Chief
Excecutive Officer of the Connecticut Center for Child Development and its
subsidiary, The Institute for Educational Planning. She routinely serves on a
number of non-profit Boards and community service projects. In addition, Mrs.
Letso provides consultative services to assist in the development of
new educational programs for individuals with disabilities. Mrs. Letso is a
board certified behavior analyst, holds a Master of Arts degree in leadership from
Duquesne University and is the parent of two children, one of whom is her 14 year-old son with autism.
Jon Oddo Mr. Oddo is the Principal at the Connecticut Center for Child Development.
He serves as the Educational Director of the Center-based Program. He holds a Master of Science
degree in Education and a Sixth Year Diploma in Intermediate Administration. Mr. Oddo has been working
collaboratively with Suzanne Letso and Judy Palazzo in the efforts toward the development of new
educational programs for individuals with disabilities. Mr. Oddo is currently providing support for
families, teachers and fellow administrators working with children with autism in home, school and community settings.
Judith L. Palazzo, MS, BCBA Ms. Palazzo is the Director of Clinical
Services at the Connecticut Center for Child Development, overseeing
the Center-based Program. She holds a Master of
Science degree in Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Ms. Palazzo has worked collaboratively with Suzanne Letso in the development of
new educational programs for individuals with disabilities. Ms.
Palazzo has been servicing children with autism and their families in
home, school and community settings for the past 14 years.
Jill E. Castellani, MS Mrs. Castellani is the Clinical Director of the Outreach program for the Connecticut Center for Child Development.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
Ms. Castellani has been servicing children with autism and their families in home, school and community settings for more than 7 years.
Megan McCarron, MS, BCBA Ms. McCarron is the Assistant Director of Behavior Analysis.
She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working in the center-based program at the Connecticut Center
for Child Development. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Child
Development from the University of London, Institute of Education and
a graduate certificate in Behavior Analysis from the University of
North Texas. Ms. McCarron has been servicing children with autism and
their families in home, school and community settings for 13 years.
Erik Mayville, Ph.D, BCBA Dr Mayville is the Director of the Institute of Educational Planning, LLC and the director of Outreach for the Connecticut Center for Child Development. Dr Mayville received a doctorate in clinical psychology from Louisiana State University, focusing in developmental disabilities. He completed his pre-doctoral internship in Applied Behavior Analysis and developmental disabilities at the Kennedy-Krieger Institute and John Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. He has coauthored over a dozen articles related to psychiatric disorders, problem behavior, social skills, and medication side effects in people with developmental disabilities.
Bryan Sisbarro Mr. Sisbarro began with the Connecticut Center for
Child Development in 2001 as an Instructional Assistant. He is now
the
Community
Access Coordinator, supporting CCCD's students in lifeskills and
community activities, and coordinates and manages CCCD's after school,
Saturday and vacation programs.
Beth Thompson Mrs. Thompson has been with the Connecticut Center for
Child
Development since the opening of the school program in 1997.
Beginning
her
career with CCCD as an Instructional Assistant, she now serves as the
agency's Office Manager.
Holly Sickles Ms. Sickles has been with the Connecticut Center for Child
Development since September of 2000 as a Team Assistant. Among
her many responsibilities, Ms. Sickles serves as the primary contact
for scheduling of Visitor's Days and general information regarding CCCD.
Margaret (Peggy) Fitzsimons Mrs. Fitzsimons began her career with the Connecticut Center
for Child Development as the office manager of IEP in 2002. She now is a vital Team Assistant working
in the front office of our center based program.
Kimberly Baker Ms. Baker started her career at the Connecticut Center for Child
Development in 2000 as an Instructional Assistant at the center based program.
She was promoted in 2003 to lead therapist in the CCCD Outreach program.
Today, Kim is the Administrative Coordinator for both the Institute for Educational Planning and the Outreach program.
Paul Beluk, BFA Mr. Beluk has been involved with the branding and promotion of the
Connecticut Center for Child Development since its inception in 1997.
His background in graphics and marketing has helped non-profit organizations with their
fund raising efforts and in creating awareness for their causes.
In 2005 Mr. Beluk joined the team as the Director of Development for CCCD.
Julio Ruiz Mr. Ruiz is the Associate Behavior analyst for the Extra Steps Wrap Around Service program.
Mr. Ruiz has been working with children and adolescents with autism for over 3 years.
He has worked in the center-based school program and has helped students and their families in their home and community settings.
